There are numerous types of training classes around the nation regarding stone care.

1. The class is taught by someone who mainly “Sells Product” and usually has never performed services in a professional level outside the little demo area at their store.
2. The class’s main objective is to “Sell you product”
We all need product and wouldn’t mind having a professional recommend what product to use. But when the main focus of the class is to sell, the class tends to be very weak.
3. The information at is vague, off topic, lacking needed details and many times inaccurate.

Tim Connelly, the main instructor, has over 30 years of experience in the stone, tile and grout industry. Tim started with his own installation business which has given him an advantage to performing stone care services and you will get this knowledge in every class. Tim also has 13+ years as a Business Development Manager with Custom Building Products, in which his national wide experience is also shared in the area of: Sales, Technical, Marketing and Presentations. For the past 8 years he has focused completely on Stone Care Maintenance and Restoration, along with being a number one requested consultant for problem resolution. (When others failed to solve an issue…He gets called to resolve the issue!)

However, since we are a Stone Restoration Service Company we are not married to any one product, products, or manufacturer. Which means our classes are not centered on what we sell to our customers.
